Dawning Spire in Tyranny is one of many Spires that can be acquired by the player. Dawning Spire is located in Stone Sea.
There are three runes needed to get the clear sketch of the sigil, however, you dont need all of the runes to active that spire.
Remember, All sigils to unlock the Spires are symmetrical, you just need one or two runes to figure out how that sigil looks like.

mabe the drawings are shuffled each playtrough. i tried using the wikis drawing and the picture posted on the comments. nothing worked. i will try all the drawings.
