Walkthrough
- Travel to Effigy, defeat the Sage's Guild forces to free Maric. Speak with Maric and he tells you 2 of his scout is missing inside the Burning Library. Maric wants you to save them. He also tells you one of his former comrade, Jelena, is working with Scarlet Chorus now, and you need to take care of her.
- Find Jelena at Burning Library Entrance, captured and tortured, she tells you she was forced to give away her fellow soldiers' location. You can kill her now, or wait for Maric to pass a judgement.
- Rescue the Oath Bound inside the Burning Library. One of them is on upper level, the other one lower level.
- Report to Maric at Burning Library Entrance.
