General Walkthrough and Tips

There is a magic barrier just at your lefthand side when you enter the library. Turn right, you will find the parchment of pass code from a dying sage.

If you sided with Disfavored, you need to defeat the Scarlet Chorus and the Banes inside to proceed. However, if you have high Athletics or Subterfuge skills you can convince one of the Scarlet Chorus band to fight the others. 

Remeber to search every bookcase in case you dont miss any parchment. There is a Disfavored scout at lower east part of the area, he is one of the missing scouts you need to save for quest The Ties that Bind.

There is a superior item hidden at southeast cornor.
