1. Locate the Scavengers.
2. Clear the Junkyard.

Walkthrough

• While on the quest That Which Remains, speak to Elia after defending the fort and she will give you this quest. Head north and defeat the Disfavored and move the bolder to reveal the scavengers. Defeat the rest of the Disfavored in the area and then return to the scavengers to complete this quest.
