this one bugged out for me, I think it happens when u go thru Hieronymus's dialogue before u speak to Acalia. She asks you to speak to him and when i immediately reply that you already did, he says "Great, gimme a moment!" dialogue closes and nothing happens and then it bugs out, quest progress is as if u never talked to Hieronymus in the first place and directs you to "talk to Acalia".
