Sunset Spire in Tyranny is one of many Spires that can be acquired by the player. Sunset Spire is located in Lethian's Crossing and becomes accessible once the player has taken Vendrien's Well and resolved the Edict of Execution.
Seeing this will be the first Spire you can build an upgrade on, it's recommended you get a :
- Forge : then hire the 2 workers that provide bronze and iron bars to start stockpiling supplies
- or a Library : then you can start running Researchs and get some spare scrolls for future discoveries
Both are solid early game choices, although a Forge will net you a +1 armor on rest which, this early in the game, will come in handy.
That, and armor is good for every character, as opposed to +5 lore and +5 all magic schools.

Once you have unlocked the Sunset Spire, you will be able to access it through the Spires tab in your in game menus.
