Walkthrough

• There are two criminals poisoning waters. Kleitos and Lunet. You can use your athletic/subterfuge or lore skill to make them confess. Ask Oceans-Fury to know where they hide the evidence.
• Return to Tycho and report your findings.

• This quest is unlocked after you helped at least one leader of Bastard's Wounds.
